How to take care of your tattoo at home?
During your tattoo session in Montreal, I take the time to explain all the hygiene and safety measures to take care of your tattoo. First, do not come to your appointment intoxicated. Alcohol accelerates blood circulation, which could interfere with the work of the tattoo.
Once your body work is done, you need to take care of your tattoo so that it heals. Remember that a recent tattoo is primarily an open wound, and you need to keep it clean and moisturized for it to heal.
Clean your tattoo at least once a day with a mild fragrance-free soap and lukewarm water. Do not expose your tattoo under water directly when taking a shower. Keep your tattoo hydrated with a fragrance-free, gentle cream.
